Dear All Stressed, Overworked Teachers
Are you stressed, your class won't listen to you, there's violence - both verbal and physical in your school, and some of it directed at the teachers? If this sounds familiar - then you'll relate to this site:

Last week was 'Stress Week' in the UK - yes, teachers' stress! This site has videos about teachers' stress and how to deal with it! 

I'm not sure that everything there is applicable to our situation but:
1. there it's recognized and a week is dedicated to it! (Even if it is on the teachers' tv station - yes there is such a thing!) 
2. we're not alone
3. maybe some of the ideas can be adapted to fit our own needs
