You are right. The official answer keys are sent to schools but they are not on 
the web.
If someone who has official answer keys and is willing to scan them and send 
them to the list (after getting permission from Judi S. of course ) this can be 
a great help to all teachers .

As far as I know the geva answers are NOT the offical ones of the ministry.
