I would like to ask a blunt question about marking the Bagrut Exams.
I have never done it and now when like many teachers I also got a letter from the ministry encouraging me to do this job, I am toying with the idea. I just wonder how much do they pay? I guess they pay by the number of exams you check and not by the hour. Do they pay you for the time lost going back and forth to Kiriat-Ono? Do they pay any other expenses? but most importantly, how much money are we talking about here? Is anybody there willing to volunteer an answer so I can know whether it is worth my while?
