Subject: Re: Semi-formal letter?
I recall "trawling the Net" some years back to find what a semi-formal letter
is and not finding anything,as did some other Etni colleague (can't remember
who it was now)
So does it exist or not??

Thanks for your reply, Sara!
But I still don't get it- didn't the mikud say "semi-formal" for D ?
Granted, when I checked just now online it just says letter, but our
staff was very sure we were talking about semi-formal. Did the mikud
change or am I just having an episode...?
This is the ONE issue for which the mikud in English has any real
significance, and I still can't get it.
Can anyone help me here?
Thanks!
