I was at the promotional show and I think all high school students will
enjoy the play. Most of the vocabulary is not too difficult (around Yod
Aleph 4 point level) but they will provide you with a booklet in advance
with all the vocabulary and the themes so you can introduce the subjects and
vocab in advance to weaker students. We are considering it for Yod Aleph
and Yod Bet students (especially 4 pointers) as something a little
different, fun and to show them that they can easily understand a play in
English. (It is also suitable for Yod although weak students will need some
vocab preparation.) In my opinion, because of the music and dancing - the
kids will forget that the actresses are speaking English! This is something
really geared to teenagers - it's not Shakespeare or Arthur Miller, but it
is educational as well as being a fun activity.
