You might try to organize a trip to the library, if that's possible. It will
be hard to do projects without written sources of some kind.
Other than that, if their access to sources is so limited, they should
probably do projects on subjects they already know something about, and try
to supplement that with something that they learn from a written source.
Maybe you have books at home that could help them, or the students
themselves have books that they could share with others?
