Thanks to all of you who replied to my query re how your school allocates gmulim. If anyone has anything further to add, I'd be most appreciative. Now perhaps someone can tell me whether there is in fact a nohal dictated from the ministry as to how many gmulim we should get for each module and/ each set of points. (3,4,5) . Or does the ministry simply tell the schools to do what they like? Until this year in our school, teachers of Module E got 1 gmul. Teachers of MOdules F and G got 2 1/2 gmulim in Yud Beth. That accords with the accepted 31/2 applicable to 5 pts. Now the school has arbitrarily decided to transfer the half gmul in Yud Beth to the 3 pt teachers teaching 3 points. I have written to our inspector, who referred me to Judy Steiner. She has not ansered my mail. So I thought perhaps someone out there could supply me with the official standpoint. 
Any info welcome.
