Dear English Teachers,

The National Authority for Measurement and Evaluation in Education (RAMA) 
has recently assumed responsibility for the Meitzav examinations. RAMA was 
established as an independent governmental body, reporting to the Minister 
of Education, to lead and guide the Israeli education system regarding all 
aspects of measurement and evaluation. Information about the Meitzav tests 
for the coming school year can be accessed at:

Please make sure that you read this document carefully as there are changes 
both in the date of the exam and about how often schools will be tested both 
internally and externally.
The document on the Meitzav tests can be downloaded as a word or PDF file 
(follow the link on the letter to school principals).

RAMA is also responsible for the procedures involved in marking Meitzav 
examinations and will announce information regarding how to apply to mark 
them.
