below, please click the link. The British-Jewish initiator of the project is 
personally known to me.

PeaceInsight, a British-based charity brings together Israeli and 
Palestinian teenagers (15-17 years) in England for 2-week summer camps. The 
aims of the program are to train the young people in dialogue together, to 
overcome mistrust, hatred, fear and prejudices. The young people have 
enjoyed the summer camps and most have gained a great deal. Many are keen to 
continue meeting together in the region. For this to happen, we need 
facilitators who can organise and lead weekends. The facilitators will be 
given support, help to set them up, and financial remuneration.

PeaceInsight director, Sylvie Schapira went to the West Bank in May to 
introduce a group of Palestinian adults to facilitating on our programs. 
This was the first stage. Sylvie will be in Israel in October (date to be 
set) to bring 4 of the Palestinian adults to meet with 4 Israelis. The aims 
are for the two groups to learn the skills of facililtating on this program. 
The training will last for 3 days.

We are now looking for 4 mature Israelis who are interested in this training 
and who would be committed to working with groups of Israeli and Palestinian 
teenagers. No previous experience is necessary, but preference will be given 
to people who are used to working with teenagers and who have had some 
involvement in working co-operatively.
