History and civics in English? Another brilliant suggestion. If we actually 
followed the benchmarks set out by the ministry of education instead of 
concentrating on rubrics and NBA requirements from grade 10 we might 
actually raise the level of English even more successfully. Imagine that, no 
more 3 point students only 4 and 5 point!
Imagine all the students working towards proficiency rather than an 
artificial bagrut grade which does not reflect their ability to communicate 
in the target language!
