I was approached by an old friend who has two daughters in 
need of help in English:
The older daughter  graduated from high school and is 
finishing National Service.  She will be attending a college 
but knows that her English is so weak she will be limited 
in her choice of profession if her English does not improve.

The second daughter is entering the twelfth grade this 
Fall and it isn't clear she will be able to complete a three 
point Bagrut if she does not get any help.

Neither of the girls has any learning difficulties and are bright.

Can anyone offer any constructive suggestions as to 
courses or anything else?
