I'd like to take this opportunity to wish everybody a Merry Festival of 
Lights.

The themes of bravery, light chasing away dark, and greasy food are not 
limited to Jews alone.

Just think:  If the Greeks had succeeded in wiping out the Jewish religion, 
there never would have been any Christianity or Islam.  so we can all 
celebrate the miracles togethter.

I wish I had the time to do something seasonal connecting dreidels ( those 4 
sided spinning tops

used on the holiday of Hanuka) with fardels (tribulations of life mentioned 
in Hamlet in his famous To Be or Not to Be speech.

But I really don't, so I'll have to give you a different present.
