This is the "unofficial" answer (because I'm not qualified to give an
official one):

Yes, except for those doing 1-point. If they're in 10th or 11th grade and
doing 1-point in the winter, they do module A.

No. 12th grade students are doing the old format. Only 11th grade students
and below are doing the new bagrut. I don't know about external examinees,

No cloze and no "mini-cloze" questions in the unseens. Apart from that, the
new exams are pretty much the same as the old ones, I think.

I don't think there are any official changes, but last year's exams in the
old format did not include "mini-cloze" questions in the unseens and since
the new exam won't, either, I'm assuming the exams in the old format won't
have these questions this year, either.
