Dear Etniers,
I am interested, not to say anxious, to find out how schools allocate gmulim 
to teachers of 3, 4, and 5 pts English.
1. Do most school do this according to each Module or according to 3,4,5 
pts. ?
2. Do they follow the gmul allotment stipulated by the Ministry / Teachers' 
Unions?
3. Are there any schools that decuct a half gmul from G and give it to A,B 
or C Module?

Information from any one who can shed light on these questions will be most 
gratefully receeived.
