Missing letters:
For a whole week i did not receve the letter 'i'.  Turns out someone had left 
an i dropper on the computer.

Then another time i had everything except 'k'.  Wooja believe it, my daughter 
had been using my computer to practice her multiplication tables and the      
'k' fell.

A few months ago there was this virus that prevented the appearance of the 
letter Y and when you went to the HELP to ask  why, you received the answer, 
"No, Y Not."
