Dear List,
When ordering an electronic dictionary (Oxford) for the jail where I
work, I was asked a question by the shop which I have not come across
till now. they asked me whether I wanted the Ministry approved English
- English Hebrew version, or the English - Hebrew, Hebrew -English one.
I was oly aware of the latter version, and all the students I know, who
have this dispensation, only have this type of dictionary. Nothing has
ever been said about any other, and those students who have already
taken the bagrut have used similar dictionaries.
Can anybody shed any light on this? I hesitate to apply to the testing
department, in order not to open a can of worms!
