Can students with "hatamot" use BOTH a regular and an electronic
dictionary?
(or just one OR the other)

And my "translated" version...

The criteria for electronic dictionaries are identical to those for
regular dictionaries and depend upon the level of the exam that the
student is taking.

For module A:

* Translation from English to Hebrew, Arabic or another language
* At least 10,000 entries
* Sensitivity to religious and social issues (I have no idea what that
means or if I translated it correctly)
* In addition to definitions, includes information about part of speech
(verb forms, irregular plural forms, comparative and superlatives) and
also phrasal verbs

For modules B through F (and I assume now G):

* Translation from English to Hebrew, Arabic or another language plus
definitions in simple English
* At least 40,000 entries
* Sensitivity to religious and social issues (again, I have no idea what
that means or if I translated it correctly)
* In addition to definitions, includes information about part of speech
(verb forms, irregular plural forms, comparative and superlatives) and
also phrasal verbs and expressions

I translated the above information directly from the "hozer mankal".

I'm not sure I've ever seen an electronic dictionary that meets all of
the above criteria (for either category).
