Kids who can't write on tests can usually manage - either on the computer or by
hand - when there aren't any time restraints and pressure.  I require written
work from all my kids with hatamot that exclude them from writing.  I'm just
more flexible with them.  If the kid is so dyslexic he can't read, then find
him books on tape.  He can also watch the movie version of books that are
literature and do something on that.  He can also give his book report orally.
