 Hi,
 I have a 12 grade student who needs to hand in a bookreport, however,
he has "hatamot" he is tested orally, which basically means that he
doesn't write. Now he claims that he can't hand in a bookreport . 
 What should I do? 
 He still needs the bookreports for his school grade, doesn't he?
