Excuse me, how many students are there in a class in Holland?  How long is a
lesson?  How much administration do the teachers do?  Are teachers' meetings
over by 16:00?  How involved are parents?  Who decides on curriculum?  Is
everything taught for matriculation?  What does the typical teachers' room
look like?  How many days a week do they work?  Are SN students
mainstreamed?  Does every one go to high school, and are there vocational
schools?
If you're going to compare something, look at the whole picture.

Does anyone really believe that it's all about salary?  And how many of you
out there have postponed, divided or given up entirely on sabbatical because
of your school's needs?
