So now it's official. 

We are being screwed, male and female alike. Whoopee we
 finally have equality.

 Where are the unions???

 Why aren't they fighting for us?

 Why aren't we fighting for ourselves?

 Teachers of Israel unite. We will no longer work for slave like wages.

 Wow, sounds like what I was hearing 30 years ago when I started 
teaching in England. Looks like nothing has changed at
all...............

except the violence and the abuse we have to put up with.
