 The rule in our school is that cell phones must be shut off and in the bag 
during class.  I don't think any exceptions should be made, even for bagrut 
broadcasts.  Kids will forget to shut the phone off and then they will  ring 
during the test.  There should be CD's or tapes with the listening comp on 
them.  This radio broadcast business is ridiculous!
