 Those pupils who get the cassette get the entire exam recorded on the 
cassette, including the listening comprehension section.   So, yes, basically 
these pupils get to hear the listening comprehension section as many times as 
they want to, theoretically.    But how many times do you think they can hear 
it anyway?  They've got plenty else to do!
 
As far as the one-hour oral exam:    None of the pupils on any level have to do 
the listening comprehension section.  As far as the rest goes, it depends on 
the level of the exam, of course.  On the 5 point level the pupil does not have 
to do the cloze, does only one writing activity, and answers questions on two 
out of the three unseens.   On the long unseen s/he usually reads only the 
first three paragraphs or so and answers fewer questions.  On the shorter 
unseen s/he might have to read the entire text but answers fewer questions.
All in all, ain't a bad deal!   For specific information on this year's winter
