   My wife and I are looking toward immigrating to Israel. I am a 59
year old retired businessman from Los Angeles. We have lived in South
Korea for the last three years and I have taught English (as a second
language) in many different venues. 
   I am considering getting SIT Tesol certification so that teaching ESL
in Israel will be approved and I can work as we pursue building a life
in the homeland. Can you assist me in this quest? I wish to know what
the qualifications are in the hiring of ESL teachers? If you know, and
it seems like you know alot, I would appreciate some direction and
input.
