 Dear Etni-ers,
 In response to my request for your opinions  re: Dovrat (and there were
many) for an article I was asked to write for J.Post's Metro Magazine,
the views were all negative and, as a result, the article is not 
balanced.  In order to make it a little more fair and balances, to
quote Fox News, I'd like to write the aims of the committee but can't
find a copy of the report in English.
 Can anyone help me?
