A question:    According to the site below, at present our pensions are
calculated according to the last salary.   I quote:

In my humble opinion, this is an error.    Netanyahu made a change a few
years ago to our detriment, so that even NOW our pensions are calculated
according to our average salary over the years, and NOT the last salary.
I hope there are no more inaccuracies in this site, because many of us are
basing our opinion of the Reform on this site!

I am sorry to see ETNIERs like Phil still arguing that the only reason Ran
Erez is so militant, is because it was not he who signed the agreement.


This , in my opinion, can be said only by people who have NOT read the
agreement. Maybe they have difficulties in reading and understanding Hebrew,
maybe they are too busy to read lengthy articles or whatever their reasons
might be.

 

Ran Erez is definitely not our ideal representative. Maybe he ought to be
replaced. However, to say that NOW , is a big mistake!

 

To say that he is so militant because of egomania is another mistake. He may
be too full of himself but read the facts!

 

Read the proposed Histadrut agreement and let us read what you have to say
after you have read it thoroughly through. Do not believe anyone- you read
it!
