[etni] English teachers have left the building

I am one of those EFL teachers that has left the profession in Israel.  My
reasons...?

Well here they are:

a)     no recognition for my MA - even after they promised they would
increase my salary by 5%

b)     no budget for English reading books and for that matter a limited
budget for materials

c)      too many students in the class

d)     not enough support from the ministry and the schools regarding
discipline

e)     classrooms in poor conditions

f)       low salary

g)     not enough incentives

h)     too many students in the class

i)       too much corruption in the ministry with regard to publishing
books, which books get published and by which publishers

j)       Oh, and did I mention - too many students in the classroom!
