[etni] Emergency American Embassy Request

Dear everybody,

Imagine being in this nightmare situation:
A young student , daughter of a friend, is about to fly to the US to be a camp 
counsellor.

3 days before, she can't find her passport + American visa. (there is a photo 
of the pasport);  a burglary is suspected.
Does anyone out there have contact with the embassy or know a way to get to 
them in time?


Such a situation I'd expect to happen to me, but it didn't, I'm taking my B 
12's , and instead it happened to somebody in another family entirely.
I'm just trying  to help out.
