Hello!

How are you? I've been scouring the web for information on innovations
on English Language Instruction. I thought you might be able to direct
me to a study or any sort of statistic that supports the fact that
immersion or Ulpan style English instruction is the most effective way
to teach. I'm trying to introduce immersion here in Bhutan so that it
isn't dragged out through all 12 years of high school.

Also if there are any teacher training or resources for setting up an
ESL program, I'd be grateful for any pointers.

I could provide much more information about what we're doing here but
I am guessing you are busy so I'll spare the details!
