We are joining our meeting with the adult support group this month.  

The lecture will take place:

The Topic for the month will be: PERSONAL BOUNDARIES

This is an issue, which inhibits many ADD and ADHD Adults.
Come and learn about this subject.


1. Different types of boundaries (personal, moral, physical, verbal)

2. Preventing previous dissappointments turn into general character
statements

3. Making your point without negatively affecting your relationship

4. Creating your own space

5. Personal goals and dreams

6. Communcating your limits

7. Formulating consequences for overstepped boundaries
