[etni] ETNI two week slowdown

Hi all,

I will going abroad for a couple of weeks (leaving this Thursday) and will 
have only limited Internet access.

Because of this, I will only be able to handle ETNI mail during this time (I 
will try to keep up, depending on the amount of mail sent in.)

I will not be able to upload files, job or course announcements until I get 
back.
