Dear Batya and Debbie,
   
  Your point about the notice board is a good one. Believe me - it was a real 
pain for me to run from the exhibition room to the registration area every time 
a change had to be posted. That said, there really weren't too many changes 
this year - I think 3 in all, and that's over two days.
   
  The food concession WAS contacted in advance, several times. It's a real pity 
- both for them and us - that they didn't prepare enough food.
   
  The problem with overcrowding at the children's play was indeed an issue - 
JEST had asked us if about twenty of the children's parents could attend, but 
the actual number of parents that showed up was much higher, and the result was 
that teachers ended up losing out. 
   
  As for the book exhibition - it WAS crowded some of the time, especially 
during the raffles. I hope that we will find a new venue with a more spacious 
exhibition hall.
