[etni] Courses for Sabbatacal

I will be going on my very first sabbatacal this coming year. I would love 
to hear any reccomendations about course for English teachers (or any other 
interesting ones as well!). I asked in the past about a mentoring course but 
have missplaced the information.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
