[etni] Constructivism

Could anyone recommend literature on constructivist approaches which are 
specific to learning a foreign language (or, even better, specific to 
learning English as a foreign language!)? Likewise, anyone who is currently 
using or working towards a constructivist approach in their classrooms and 
is willing to discuss this, I'd be most interested in participating in some 
online conversations.
