[etni] Cd's in Bagrut

We should ALL ring the testing department every day (someone - please send
the phone number to the list) so that they realize how important the issue
of CDs is. It is still not too late to change their mind about using CDs
in the winter bagrut.
We could also send emails if we knew their address. Any takers?
