[etni] CAT course

Just want to write to support Rachelle's suggestion:

"Those of us who took the course were very vocal in saying that we believe
the course is worth a full gmul. Or, if one looks at the numbers: 5 hours a
week x half a year (vacations included) = at least a full gmul "

I also did the CAT course and while I found it very interesting, challenging 
and worthwhile, I also felt that I logged in a lot of hours and hard work and 
deserved more than the 56 hour 1/2 gmul.

Kol Hakavod Rachelle - hope someone out there is listening!
