[etni] "Boy in the Striped Pajamas" with author's interview

Does anyone have the edition of "The Boy in the Striped Pajamas" with the
interview of the author and the author's note at the end? it is the one with
the striped cover, published by "David Fickling Books." (but maybe
other editions, too.) i have the book, but without the note and interview.
