[etni] Book reports - one addition

One addition to my previous posts about book reports: After every silent 
reading session, my students fill out a reading log - a short, two-minute 
activity that becomes like second nature to them after a few weeks of silent 
reading and class, and helps them focus on their reading. 
That, along with a few other sheets related to reading for pleasure, can be 
downloaded from:

Just go to the left where it says "Teacher's Resources" and click on 
"Photocopiable Materials," and from there, on "Reading for Pleasure."
