[etni] Bagrut Letter Update

The letter was sent out on July 20th.  So far, no response has been received.  
I am prepared to wait for 2 weeks and then start agitating again.  In the 
meantime, I am collecting as many signatures as possible. The more signatures 
we have, the better - there's power in numbers!
For those who haven't signed, please do so as soon as possible.  For each of 
those who have already signed, please try and get at least 3 colleagues who 
haven't signed, to add their names.  
Let's make as much of an effort as possible!
