[etni] BRAVO TO THE CONVENERS, LET'S NOT TAKE ETAI FOR GRANTED

I WOULD LIKE TO ECHO, MAGNIFY AND SANCTIFY THE PRAISE I HEAR FOR LAST WEEK'S
CONFERENCE.

        When i was young and foolish, i regarded ETAI the way my fourteen
year old son regards his school and parents; that is, it was given to us
free by authority figures and I complained about everything that i felt was
not perfect.  Now that I am old and still foolish, but i can appreciate the
dedication and effort of all involved in making these events a success.
What other subject comes close to what us English teachers so easily take
for granted?   ETAI you are fantastic, and special thanks to Shaeeeee and
everyone else who helped me with my endless demands and last minute changes
for my own presentation.

        We have to talk.
