[etni] Amir Exam for school students

Desr Colleagues,     
   
  Is it possible for our senior students to take the "Amir" or similar exam 
which gives a grade to determine the level of English they need to study at 
college or university level? This is a substitute for the psychometric exam 
results. I have heard that the results of this exam are valid for five years. 
If possible, I would like my students to do this now, not after their military 
service when they have had no English studies for two - three years. I am not 
certain that there is one standard exam of this kind that is accepted at all 
tertiary education institutions.
   
  Does anyone have experience or informstion on this topic?
