[etni] AMIRAM Preparatory Materials?

Hello All,

Is anyone aware of any good resources to use when preparing students for the 
AMIRAM test?  The test includes Restatements, Sentence Completion and Reading
Comprehension. Does anyone know of a single book that could be used for a 
6-week AMIRAM crash course?
