[etni] 3 & 4 point Bagrut in 12th grade??

In answer to Avi Bar Gad and Adele about whether this year's 12th grade 
students can do both 3 points in the winter and 4 in the summer, the answer is 
no. High school students cannot change the number of the she'elon they do in 
English while they're still at school/
