well, i think i'll add an option for it. i've had the case several
times that i already had selected a few files to copy and wanted to
change the destination directory. then it's nice if the destination pane
doesn't automatically get selected.
maybe i can work something out with the new keybindings that will
probably only appear in 0.0.9
