this time with more bookmark bugfixes. i hope they finally work as
expected. furthermore, i've added some more default keybindings and
added a feature called 'chained keybindings'. chained keybindings are
keybindings that are only active for a certain period of time (see
interface category in config dialog to adjust it) after you've pressed
the key that starts the chain. 

eg see the new default configuration:

alt+space activates the "directory jump keys" chain

for 1000 ms (by default), the normal letter keys, eg 'h' for
home, may be used to jump to a directory or do any other action.

you may create longer chains with 3 or more levels. this is done by
simply adding child keybindings to keybindings in the keybinding dialog.
