new pre-release: 20040604

hi,

another pre-release:

 * http://dasui.prima.de/~tooar/pre/emelfm2-20040604.tar.gz

it contains mainly bug fixes, eg for the cache bug. furthermore there's
an option for the bookmarks now to focus the file pane after a bookmark
has been choosen.
i've also removed the "show context menu" actions. the only action is
now "panes.show menu" which takes "ctrl" or "shift" as arguments.
