new pre-release: 20040530

Hello!

i've just uploaded a new pre-release which is available at

 * http://dasui.prima.de/~tooar/pre/emelfm2-20040530.tar.gz


the changes include a new (extensible) command line completion system
that now handles utf8 und spaces correctly. i'll extend it further
to be able to complete other stuff like commands and from the history,
too.
the "command line.insert selection" action now knows the arguements
"escape" and "quote". in addition some actions have been renamed, e.g.
the former "<command line>" action is now "command line.<widget>". i
also forgot to update the changelog before uploading the release, sorry
for that.
