Maybe ..
When a toolbar is configured to show labels as well as, or instead of, icons,
then mnemonic keys assigned to the buttons work. For example, the (english)
default key assigned to the bookmarks buttons is <Alt>m. However, here at
least, that does not work (though all of the other bound keys do - maybe I have
some other system key-binding that's interfering).
Aside from that, there's no way to show the bookmarks menu from the keyboard.
Maybe we should fix that.
After the menu is shown and focused, it may be navigated from the keyboard, and
an item activated by pressing Enter.
