keyboard shortcut to bookmarks

Hello,
is there any way to do this?:
1/ press any keyboard shortcut
2/ my bookmarks list appears
3/ select any of the bookmarks (with arrows?)
4/ Enter to confirm selection and cd to dir in actual pane

Users can unsubscribe from the list by sending email to
emelfm2-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the subject field or by
logging into the web interface.
