icons and drag'n drop

hi all ,
i'm brigante and i'm emelfm2 user from 4/5 months , i and want to congratulate the developers for this greath project. 

well , i've two questions...
1) exist the possibility to set an personalized icon to the files or folders?
before try emelfm2 i've worked for 3/4 months with another filemanager , ( gentoo ) , that have this option by default , and i want to know if is possible also with the emelfm2. 

2) exist the option for prevent the drag'n drop in one single panel ?
